  • Not one to complain at all. But one of theses sales men came over to try and sell me a security system. He was nice and friendly. However he told me before I signed up that they had to verify I was the homeowner as they only install systems for home owners. So he got some lady on the phone pulled up my info I answered a few questions and that was that. He told me it was just to confirm I was the owner. Never ended up getting a system through them. I just looked at my credit report and I see a hard inquiry on my credit report from these guys. Like why would you run my credit if I didn't even sign up for the system? And if you were to run it why would you not tell me? I never signed one thing. I was actually painting when he was talking to me. Very unprofessional company. Do not recommend
