I stayed here for 2 nights for business. Coming from Toronto Pearson Int'l on a Tues late afternoon, it took us about 45 minutes to get there.
Pros:
-Good rate. Customer made reservations for me and may have had a good deal, but it was $134 CAD/night with refrigerator and parking ($109/night without). This came out to $117/night USD.
-Plenty of parking in front of the hotel
-Morning breakfast buffet was very good (CAD $12.00). Breakfast is not free.
Cons:
-Outside of the hotel and lobby area are nice, but the rooms are old and outdated
-A/C was not on in the room and room was hot and muggy upon arrival.
-Fridge that was provided was unplugged upon arrival. Leftover frost in the freezer melted and a puddle of water was left over.
-Room's carpet was old and felt dirty
-Elevators are quite small and move slowly. I took the stairs instead
-Slow and unreliable WIFI
You get what you pay for here. The outside of the hotel looked nice so I had high expectations, but the rooms were just too old to my liking.
I don't think I would stay here again.
P.S. Driving back to the airport on a Thursday morning took over an hour.
