  • this is the third time that the service department has screwed up my appointment - today i went in at 8am appointment for some warranty work on my visors and after three hours i asked what is the status - they said i was not even checked and did not know where my car was in the lot!then thy said i was out of shuttle range.that its never again!!!!!
