I have a 2007 Sonata. I used to go to the dealership on East Sahara for servicing, but they closed. That's why I started going to this place, and back then they were known as Planet Hyundai. The past two times I took it in for an oil change, I asked them if there was any additional servicing that needed to be done. In both instances (and this was coming from 2 different service writers), they said my brakes might need replacing THE NEXT TIME I COME IN. They could have just replaced the brakes right then, but they insisted that they were fine for now and sent me on my way THEY DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL ME ON WORK I DID NOT NEED.
I've also had major warranty servicing done here and it was always completely paid for by the extended warranty policy that they sold to me some years back. I paid $2600 for the policy 5 years ago and so far I've used up about $2100 worth of it. Even if I come up short, I've had the peace of mind for all that time, so it was well worth it.
Whenever I'm in the market for another car, I'll try to make it a Hyundai, so I can keep coming back to these guys.
