  • First just so that you are aware this is the main branch for the discount location at 1881 Leslie Street North York, ON M3B 2M3 and of course the same terrible service, and dishonest manager "Moses" First the good: It's kind cool that the manger's name is "Moses" but that's where the good ends. Now the bad: I reserved a moving truck with these guys and confirm my reservation, however when I arrived in the morning of my moving date, I was informed that "sorry, we don't have any trucks" Me: "Excuse me? I'm moving and I reserved a truck... If i dont move out today, the other tenants will not be able to move in and it would create chaos...what happened here?" Discount: "Oh sorry, but someone else took your truck this morning" Me:"that makes no sense to me and I need to get going ASAP, would you please secure a truck from somewhere else and call the manager?" Discount: sorry... we can't do anything... and then these guys just left into their office and waited until I leave! Of course I didn't let these guys off easy becaue I had to move that day and I called their head office. Discount head office was even more of a joke. They told me ok someone will call you. I had to keep following up every 30 minutes for 3 hours until the manager "his highness" decided to wake up and call me. and finally trying "his best" to fix it... This was such a terrible experience for me. and I will never forget the staffs attitude, the managers' Moses" non caring attitude that he wouldn;t call me for hours even after the headoffice called him. I give this place a MINUS 2 stars!
