  • We were very excited to have a little staycation at the Hyatt Regency. The location is ideal. Very convenient to sporting events, restaurants, bars and shopping. The Arcade is amazing and the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, we were less than impressed with the newly renovated room. There were sticky rings on the night stands from the previous guests, dust everywhere, handprints on the mirrors, the key cards took 15 minutes for us to get in the room and smoke from the room next door was seeping through the vents. We were, however, taken care of immediately when we called the front desk.
