  • I used to love this place. The owners were nice and would always be quick & friendly & the orders were accurate. The last 2 times in the past few months I didn't get what I ordered and it was over an hour for delivery. Tonight I ordered 3 items. They said 45 minutes, they arrived an hour & 15 minutes later. I tipped 25% anyway because I know it sucks to be busy. The only thing I actually cared about- egg drop soup, wasn't in the bag. I called right away and they told me that I should maybe try again next time. What?!! I told them that they need to bring it because I paid for it already. They said 15 minutes. 45 minutes later (total of 2 hours since I started the order) they still weren't there. I called back to tell them to forget it and I will not be ordering from there again
