  • Tech was very unprofessional. He wasn't in a company vehicle or clothing. No name tag identifying him at all. Barely spoke English which is a huge problem. The work was done but it was not done in a very timely fashion. Also, we paid by check and now the warranty company is saying we never paid. All we received was a yellow invoice that we had the tech write our payment info on. I would have never chosen this company. They were sent to us by the warranty company.
