I came into this store looking for a new iPhone to update my iPhone 5s and also to fix my iPhone 6 company phone that won't turn on after accidentally dropping it. I have to say this store was a one-stop shop.
Julio gave me exceptional customer service today. Although he was busy with another customer, he made sure that I was taken care of and that I got the service I needed. He explained all the different plans they had and I felt no pressure from him and felt as though he took his time with me and his other customers who also didn't mind the wait as he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He made sure that I was getting the best deal and made sure that I understood what I was signing or what I was getting myself into with and/or without a contract.
I then explained my broken iPhone 6 and he gave me the break down and reassured me that they will not charge me if they couldn't fix the phone. Their technician Ray was able to get me a new screen and fix my broken phone in 30 minutes all while I was waiting for my new iPhone 6s.
Overall, I will have to say that I will be coming back for all my phone needs. It's not so much the Verizon company but the exceptional customer service I received that made it a great location and a great store.
