  • Great place to live. The location is perfect if you work on the strip or at the airport as it is right next to an on-ramp for I-15. The apartments are well designed and appointed and having an attached garage is super. Great gym for those who like to work out. The office and maintenance staff are excellent and are very attentive to the needs of the renters. Only a couple of small issues... the first phase has few parking spots for visitors and no grass. The newer phase has plenty of both.
