So, my wife took a new virtual job and wanted a computer monitor. Went here and bought one and realized it did not have speakers. Took it back, telling them we wanted one with speakers. They recommended an Acer. After hours of trying to set it up, including an hour online with tech support, we gave up. Tech support said it was defective. We took it back. Finally, a blonde female approached and said it did not have speakers. She recommended a Dell. Bought it, it works. My wife and I both have doctorates and probably wasted four hours. They should pay us for our wasted hours. And make the blonde the store manager.
