  • We took my daughter here for her birthday to get her ears pierced. The girl up front said 30 minutes. We had two people in front of us but they took back four people before they took us back to wait for another 10. We waited over an hour. The staff was slow, unresponsive, and unorganized. I watched them spend ten minutes to check someone out. Literally. All three of them. Three of the dumbest women on the planet. At the hour mark my daughter got up and walked out. She was so upset that these women wasted an hour of her birthday, and they completely surprised when we walked out. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
