  • I have so many thoughts about this property this is a Pros and Cons kinda post. Otherwise I'll never get through it. PROS: - I'm a Hilton girl - free hotel stays at a new property overlooking the stadium and Lake Erie. - The Check in was seamless and the staff at the desk was awesome and friendly - You get texts on day one and two from the staff checking in to make sure all is well. Wow. #love it - Super clean facility. Super professional. The room was AWESOME. The bathroom THANK YOU for two tone lighting - no switch for air - interesting but again, two tone lights LOVE THIS thank you! - We swore we were gonna buy a bed it's that comfortable with the pillows and sheets. GREAT beds! - Our room had a safe thank you, a fridge for yummies as picked up along the way - awesome. Plenty of closet space. - Bellhops were perfect. Very personable. Efficient. Friendly. The kind of people you WANT as bellhops. - Valet staff was ok...hit or miss one day there were 5-6 standing around and not one asked what we needed...interesting...this is on the PROS side as it wasn't like this everyday and they were helpful in retrieving cars based on their call system. Also very professional. - Eliot's Bar was AWESOME with great staff, drinks and appetizers. - Housekeeping staff was awesome. They even folded some of our clothes and put them away for us when we didn't expect them to..... CONS: - Shower pressure is awful. I like a lot of pressure. It was weak at best. - When you stand in room 3015 specifically the bathroom looking at the mirror you see to the top left of the bath a small vent. Covered with dust. COVERED. No one has cleaned it....:( -Valet on that one day with a staff of 5-6 standing around and no one asked if we needed anything - weird. But it was only one day overall, they were outstanding and yes, this was a Saturday AM.... Overall one of my most fav Hilton properties ever. Location rocked. Valet was worth it - don't shy away from having to valet your car. It's downtown Cleveland they have it in safe keeping. Pay the money. Cleveland was just overall GOOD to us. What an experience. We go somewhere every year the two of us BFFs and sometimes we go BIG. Sometimes we wake up and ask, "....Where are we going this year" not having planned a thing. This was one of those years and who knew we'd have so much fun so close to home. I will do Cleveland again. #special #place #inmyheart
