rev:text	If a -5 could be given this is what I would rate this place. Its a high end rip off. They take your money and then its adios product and service! I purchased/ordered a very expensive Kitchen Aide cook station that has burners, stove, side gill the whole works. To start off with after my other stove was removed I was informed that the unit was late and it would be another few days. Well two weeks later it finally came in. They delivered it and it promptly did not work. I was told it had gotten "wet" inside and they would need to order a new part to get it fixed. Umm ok, its brand spanking new how did my unit even get wet inside? ok so days later the part comes in, nothing no oven no stove and i have to keep my breaker turned off due to the fact the back burners continue to spark when nothing is even turned on. Now another 1 week later and a month of not being able to eat, they send yet another repair man (for my brand new $$$$ range never been used) he comes with the news that there are problems with the front and right side burners (why? I don't know, its the back ones sparking on their own) he fixes them according to someones instruction and then acts shocked when surprise surprise the stove is still not working! I mean seriously? I have had my contractor there on my behalf asking for my money back or a new unit (which it should have been in the first place "new") and he's even still getting the run around. This store is only in it for the money folks they don't have any type of lets make the customer happy customer service and I will NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND OR SHOP HERE AGAIN! Save yourselves the time and trouble and get it from somewhere that actually has quality commitment in place! BTW I still have no stove working and am still awaiting their response to what they plan to do next to fix MY BRAND NEW STOVE NEVER BEEN TOUCHED (at least by me that is!) Very very unhappy consumer!!!!
