  • I first got my anchor/dermal done back in summer of 2016 with one of my really close friends. Marilyn answer all the questions I had, and assured me that I wouldn't be left with a hole in my chest. Everything was pain-free and quick, and I really appreciate that. Fast forward to January 12th, I had to get it removed due to upcoming heart surgeries. Marilyn kept me calm the entire time (even though my soul was crushed due to me removing it), and even offered to keep the jewelry and sterilize it, that way I can get it done again once all this heart stuff is figured out. I love this shop more than anything, and I love everyone there. I've never had a bad experience with any of the workers, or even fellow customers. Even when I went to get my anchor/dermal removed, the customers wanting to get pierced said that I could go first, since I was just removing mine, wished me luck and good health these upcoming weeks and we even bounced ideas off each other on what to do with all our piercings whenever we have surgeries/mris/etc. You guys are a blessing, and I couldn't thank you more for treating us like family and friends rather than just paying customers.
