rev:text	I have used renters warehouse both as a renter and as a property owner. They sell well and as soon as the ink is dry, the games begin. HORRIBLE service, response time, and they have a gift if making you feel like you are bothering them. It's their job! AS A RENTER: We were forced to live with shattered glass from a fireplace that blew up. Took almost a month to respond. We had a baby crawling in the floor!! Our garage door opener broke took 2 weeks to respond. Our cars had to sit outside. Once they did respond the blamed us and refused to contact the owners. We had a wash machine break. Again took 2 weeks to respond, another two weeks to come out (while I'm going to laundromat to do laundry) and again, refused to call the owner for repair, forcing US to pay for rental repair. They are terrible with customer service; condescending and rude!! AS A PROPERTY OWNER: They say they video tape every inspection. That's a lie. They gave RENTER her deposit back citing "acceptable". It was my responsibility to provide photos (had to fly from AZ to MN to produce) to show the damage done to my property and fight to get my deposit. Turns out they DIDN'T VIDEO TAPE OR TAKE ANY PHOTOS AT MOVE OUT INSPECTION!! They performed no inspections of my property at all but they happily accept my monthly fee. HORRIBLE, DONT DO IT. YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED! When you have a problem, they do not match the promise they give BEFORE the contract is signed. Once signed, service ends.
