Had to stop going to this spa because my nail beds were starting to look like the nails of another shop I was going to. The spa refuses to carry the complete CND nail line and they won't require the amount of time needed to get the nails off. They'll soak for about 15 min and then use a orange stick to scrap off the rest of the shellac and then what's left is buffed off with which is causing my nails to thin out where I can't grow them out. I had CND done in CA and complete line was used. I have had nothing but constant problems w/Fushia not following protocol of a CND nail trained spa. I refuse to have my nails look like some of the cheap salons will will have your nails looking like if they aren't using the complete CND line or if you go to a low end salon. I'm sick of the fact I can't grow my nails out because of their work standards. They want to get people in and out. If that's the case you can do that a a cheaper spa and achieve the same results. If you want nice nails with out causing your nails to thin. Then I advise going some where that CND will refer you too. You can locate a salon here at this URL. CND does not have this salon listed as one of their premier trainers salon. https://cnd.com/find-salon?MobileToWeb=true My nails when I try to grown them out split and tear and that shouldn't happen if they are allowing for the proper amount of time to soak the shellac off. Unfortunately I was told by owner they need to make money and if they spend too much time on me then it's not part of their business protocol, she felt I would be happier some where else.
My husband had all of his foot completely scrapped off where his feet bled for a week. Wish I would have saved the picture. But he would only allow one person to touch his feet there. Poor guy couldn't even walk for about 3 weeks and he travels for living. His feet were raw.
Then I had a lamprobe work done, which is suppose to eliminate milia and clogged poor. When I got home those areas were raise and didn't look right. When I squeezed the spots that were treated I was shocked at the amount of Sebum and pus and this was done by someone who claimed they worked for a deem before coming to Fuschia. I would never repeat that process again. Gave them opportunity to turn around what's not right, none the less we couldn't come to a conclusion that benefitted the paying customer. So she felt I was best served going to a full CND salon and as far as lamprobe work, there's only one person I recommend and that's Klara in North Scottsdale. She's amazing and also does my facials and knows how to deal w/extremely sensitive skin. You've been for warned....
