| - Overall, I had a good experience living at the Bellagio..friendly staff, beautiful pool area, spacious apartments. The reason for the low rating is based on my experience after moving out of my apartment.
I needed to break my lease and move out early, back home, for school, work and family reasons. I tried calling the office one day, which went to voicemail, so I left a message for one of the office workers to call me back in regards to the bill I received for my final move out. I left all of my forwarding and personal information for them to reach me (although I had already given it to them prior to moving out). Two weeks later I still had not received a call back and called again. This time, the same office manager I called for the first time answered. At this point and time I just wanted to settle my final bill up, and asked about using a credit card to pay for since I no longer had a checking account. I was told that he would have to check with his boss and that he would let me know. I STILL received no follow-up from him. I cannot express the frustration I've had after moving out. Therefore, I based this rating heavily on customer service, which was nonexistent.
