  • I would give them ZERO stars if possible! This company sent out a technician named Allen, the first visit he stated the dryer was fixed. 10 minutes after he left they dryer stopped working again. I called right away not more than 20 minutes after he left his company told me he was booked and could not return until the following week. I asked to send someone else they said that they could not. Today they sent the same technician, my tenant stated that when he arrive he was not happy to be there. I asked to talk to him on the phone, while explaining what the problem was he became rude, condescending and told me that I should just get another company! I called his company they told me that I was in the wrong and they back up their technicians and to go ahead and get another company. This company is the most unprofessional company with horrible customer service I do NOT recommend using them for any services! The dryer is still broken!
