  • The management at this establishment is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only does he use profanity when addressing his clientele but also leaves vulgar messages on you voicemail. I apparently got a gift card from someone for a service at this place. So,never did I willfully choose this place in the first place. I got a voicemail from some guy named Jim, who works there. He was very angry, yelling that he doesn't like people "like me" (really?!) who buy gift cards and don't use the service. Between all the unintelligible yelling in the message, that was one of the things that I could understand. He used words that were very hostile and explicit, also not worth repeating. He stated that he doesn't care if I do have a gift card, that I can "take my f***ing business elsewhere." First of all, I don't know why all the anger and rage for not utilizing a service that someone else bought you, but why would this type of message (language) entice me want to use their services? I have never used their services and never will. I am checking with my local law enforcement to see if this voicemail message can constitute as harassment. My advice is to not buy your friends and family gift cards from this place unless you want them verbally harassed over the phone. Too bad there is no option for giving zero stars.
