  • The customer service is hand down horrible. Asked 2 employees for help and they called for someone and they didnt show up. I spoke to the manager and he acted like it was no big deal. Then I called customer support and got the same thing. I said I wouldn't shop best buy and the lady said O well do what is convenient and hung up. They just hands down don't care so I won't support best buy at all.
