This company has gone downhill rapidly in the last 6 months. Used them a couple of times before to fix a speeding ticket and was happy. Now had two cases where they did not even care to inform me about the outcome of my case. I called 4 weeks after they went to court for me and was told by their rather rude staff that "I would have to wait to receive an email like everybody else". They said they were way behind which for me is just another expression for "disorganized". If you can't handle cases given to you, don't accept them. Also, it seems as if their email system was hacked. I received several emails with about hundred of their client's email addresses. When I informed them, they played it down instead of taking charge. They said that they might have been hacked, and that would be the reason they switched to a new email address. I am sorry, but if my email account is compromised, I inform my customers, apologize and ensure them it won't happen again. The real question here is: if a company like this can't handle a small traffic case, why in the world would I even consider giving them serious business in case I ever have to go to court and need a lawyer? Sorry. One lousy star.
