I am updating my review for a couple reasons. First of all kudos to the management for reaching out to me after my last review and wanting to make things right by giving me the opportunity to explain in more detail as to why my experience there was not a good one, and then making a commitment to do something about it... which they Did! That in itself says a lot. They sent me a gift card and we did go back and we were pleasantly surprised that the dress code had improved significantly and my experience this time was actually very pleasant! So thank you to the management for actually listening and caring about your customers. We will continue to spread the word and make Dierks one of our frequent hang outs.
