  • We loved our experience with Augusta! They had a tall order, and they did it with care, consideration, professionalism and punctuality. The cherry on the sundae was we didn't break the bank for a terrific service! From the moment we called, Dinko was on the ball with a hard to beat quote, a booking date reserved and an online contract agreement outlining all of what we had discussed. The day before the move, we got an email from them reminding us of their arrival time. Usually we have to call the movers to make sure they remember to show up! So already we were impressed. On the day, Augusta was 1st class from beginning to end. The two gents who did it all were simply the best we've ever encountered. And we've moved a lot! Dave and his colleague showed up ready to work. They had to load their truck with a 2 bed condo's worth of furniture and travel from Toronto to Montreal, where they then climbed 2 flights of stairs to drop off our stuff. All in one day. They were efficient, polite, careful and so respectful. Good manners go a long way and they sure hit a home run with us. We will definitely call on Dinko again for our next move. His guys take the headache out of moving.
