  • I will not be returning when I need to buy my next mattress. Can't remember the guy who helped us he was ok, could have been better when we told him that after a week of sleeping in the new bed how it started to sink. A new bed shouldn't do that after only it being a week. Something was wrong with this bed from the start, we called him back he told us to call the company that comes out to inspect the bed to check it out, that lady was very friendly. Got a letter saying everything was ok with the bed and that we would not be getting a new one. I was even told how RC Willy has the best mattress return policy etc and next time I will buy my new bed from them. To this day there is still something wrong with this bed and I am not happy with how best mattress handled the issue from the start. I shouldn't wake up with my back hurting. I've had friends buy a new bed from mattress firm and say excellent things about them no problems, my parents bought their bed from RC Willy and had no issues. So I will not return to this company because of the service and the quality of the bed. When you spend over $800 on a new bed it shouldn't have any problems after having it for a week. Overall go somewhere else for your bed purchases.
