  • I had been using another cleaning service and wasn't completely satisfied. Pristine was a bit more expensive so I decided to find out if you really do get what you pay for. Turns out YES! I'm so pleased with the service. The ladies that came to my house worked FAST and were very thorough. I'm more than willing to pay a little bit more than I was for such excellent customer service, the ability to schedule and confirm online or by text, and to know that they are fully licensed and insured. I also really appreciate that they send the same crew out but maybe that's just because I really liked the ladies that came to my house. I bet their employees are all excellent. You can tell when a company really provides itself on excellence. Having been a business owner myself I really respect that.
