  • TOO LOUD!!!! We were excited to see the new Star Wars movie but had to leave because of the volume. Not only was it louder than the credits startling my daughter enough to cry but our ears are ringing. It was ear damaging loud, and the theater told us they were unable to turn it down. I hope studio movie grill does something about the volume. It used to be such a nice experience. Very disappointed. One note: the theater did refund ALL our money. Very accommodating there-I guess their hands were tied with the volume ?.
