  • When my wife and I got married last December, we chose Jinhee of Purple Elephant Cake Design to make our wedding cake. We had a great experience working with Jinhee. She was very professional and prompt in all our dealings with her. We had a tasting with her some months before and tried, I believe, 6 different cake flavors, which were all amazing. I usually don't like the cake served at weddings that much, but Jinhee is a true artist and comes up with great flavor combinations. You can have your traditional cake flavors, or something more exotic, like green tea or almond. In the end our cake was beautiful. My wife simply sent in some suggestions of what she wanted the cake to look like (snowflakes and icicles for our winter-themed wedding), and Jinhee delivered. The guests loved the cake!
