  • Dr. Toop was referred to us by friends of our family after hearing our frustration about a previous Dentist we had seen. I had called prior to our visit asking about a cerec crown vs. porcelain for my special needs adult daughter. We walked in and were welcomed by three of the most incredible people. Smiles, warmth, positive aura and I happily signed in. Lois, Ray and Sandra were undeniably one of the most superior teams I have seen in the business. Dr. Toop is competent and kind. My daughter returned yesterday to have a cerec crown allowing her to have her crown completely in less then one hour of and a half and she was excited and happy to have a new Dentist to call her own. I did want to make note to any previous reviews I read stating anything about an" upsale". Please understand it is the role of the Dental office to provide current options to help educate us so we can make "educated" decisions in our dental needs. Unfortunately as we progress some of these options may add additional costs. It's the our choice how we will progress. I hope this helps. I have worked in the dental field close to a quarter of a century and have seen a lot of changes to include cell phones and computers. These too as a patron certainly have provided additional higher fees to families and one didn't even get a great Dentist out of it. I highly recommend this office for their sincerity, compassion, and great competence.
