  • This place is a scam. They used Groupon to promote the business, then when i called to use my Groupon, first...I can't get thru during normal business hours, the phone just rings continuously. Then, when i do get someone after trying for a few days,...he says sure, I can schedule your remote start, but then when he finds out it is a Groupon, he says, "oh, no, for Groupon you have to come in person to schedule it." What??? I said, "your an hour away from me, you are telling me that I have to drive an hour to see you, just to schedule the appointment and then come back for when you install it?" He responded really rude and said, "thats the way we do it, we have to verify your groupon to make sure it is legit". I obviously did not accept this and he said, let me pass you to my manager, then I waited on hold for 10 minutes and they hung up on me. -Nice. So, I try to call back right away, no answer, and no answer for the next few hours of trying. I called groupon the next day and they said this is not acceptable, we have heard other complaints, so we talked to the company. So I said, I will try again to give them another shot. So I call the next day and get thru, I ask to speak to a manager and they agree to schedule it and then pass me to someone else and he then proceeds to tell me that for my car, it will be an additional $150. HAAAAA And then proceeded to be rude to me. I paid $140 for the groupon as a good deal, but paying $300, I could go to Best Buy and get a remote starter installed for $300. I am certainly not driving an hour each way to get ripped off and be talked to Rudely. No thanks. -I said, "I'm gonna hold off on scheduling" and he then Rudely hangs up on me without saying anything.
