  • Great place to go if you're looking for a bag. I was looking for a messenger bag, unfortunately the only ones I liked (property of) were out of my price range, but the people there were very helpful, with no additional pressure. I ended up coming back a few times before I choose on a cheaper bag from somewhere else. Unfortunately, since it was a cheaper bag, I began to have some issues with it, in particular the strap didn't fit well, and it started giving me back problems. I wasn't sure why I came back to Te Koop, but the sales lady (a cutie named Emmy), was extremely helpful, and suggested I get one of their straps special ordered from the manufacturer. I came back a few days later, and the manager did me one better and just gave me one of their extra straps, that fit me perfectly. I was expecting to pay, but they just gave it to me since it was extra. They had no obligation to either, since I wasn't a customer, and never spent a dime there. I probably will in the future though. Smart move Te Koop, smart move.
