  • Lack of management and high staff turnover. My child was being bullied. I had him moved to another room. In that room he was getting hit and scratched. Then another child took scissors to his face! So, I withdrew him. I was told I had to give 10 days notice, which I did. Then I was charged for additional days. I was told they charge by the week even if your 10 days is over before the end of the week. (On withdraw form it just states 10 days, not full weeks). I reported this daycare to the state board. Daycare did not document the bruises my child was getting. This is against regulations. Update: two weeks after my child left the daycare they started charging my checking account again. Watch your bank account. This place will steal your money.
