Tire Works is a scam. I went to this location for an alignment. The manager at the front desk is better than the old manager Doug but the work that was completed would have been done better by my 4 year old son. I leave the location after 4 hours for an alignment and start traveling east on cactus and notice something was not right. While driving east I notice I can make right lane changes by just letting go of the steering wheel. How is this possible? There was two test drives completed by the so called mechanic that worked on the truck. I am going to eat the cost and take it elsewhere so I do not run the risk of them breaking anything in an attempt to fix the horrendous alignment they completed.
