We ate at The Mintt for my mom's birthday. We had the sezchuan (sp?) chicken, which was very spicy but delicious; the mango chicken, which was great without being fruity; the chicken fried rice which was much better than your typical Chinese restaurant fried rice; and I had the Tandoori chicken, which was not what I expected, having never eaten it before, but delicious none the less.
The service was fantastic. The waitstaff worked as a team to keep all patrons happy in the relatively busy restaurant (Saturday night, between 7:30 and 9). Our water glasses were always full and the waiter was fantastic, asking us about our preferred heat levels and explaining everything that we had questions about. He suggested types of bread and brought us a large sample of a delicious coconut-sweet bread. He also brought two different types of cake over when he heard it was my mom's birthday! The bill was under $60 before tip which I think is great for 4 people. I was prepared to pay much more for the quality of food and the great service. The four of us agreed we will definitely be back!
