| - I was there in nov 10 2017 for the first time,this is what happened:
i called the property &talked with gentleman, name mike(very nice & polite person),after i made a reservation i asked him what is the latest check in time?Mr:mike, said : 5.30 pm,well we got there exactly @ 5.15PM, we met a lady in front desk, her name was kathy Morris,who was very rude to us &refused to check us in: told me that:i can not check you in because is 5.15pm&we close @ 5.00pm,i started to explain to her that ,i had talked to gentleman name mike:& he had told me as long as i get there before 5.30 i would be ok,she started yelling @ me in the very rude manner ,that i am the manager,& had worked here longer that mike.so to bad you just have to come back tomorrow,or i can refund your deposit ,to go some where else,I honestly couldn't believe,neither my ears or my eyes,& how she had got to be a manager with that attitude & the way she was acting with us,so i told her since is the long weekend & i may not be able to find the room else where,could you please check us in specially that we are here 15 minutes early ,her respond to me was: you heard me alex:you only have 2 options:either you come back tomorrow,or i will refund your deposit,&you can go some where else,well,to make story short ,i could not find any place,so we ended up to sleep in our car for the first time in our life,& we went back next day,sat nov 11th,.
i delayed my review ,till now,because,i thought,i would be the only one to be complaining in yelp about her,till i looked @ other peoples review in yelp & i choosed 5 of them: this is what i saw ,which i copy &paste here for all of you.

1-Location is all it has going for it. The manager Kathy is one of the most abrasive, disagreeable people I've ever met.

2-just went down to pay my rent with Kathy(manager) and she was very upset with me,i had her on camera on my cell phone and the whole conversation on my cell phone and how she spoke to me )I would
highly suggest another place to stay as no customer service should ever be rude to customers.......... Yet I was harassed here two times on the property and I did not file any complaints, however stay away from this place far away no one deserves to be talked down to no one.

3-This place is ghetto. Especially the front desk and managers. I think the name is Kathy. They are so fake.
Customer service at the worst. They seriously do not care about you. Very unprofessional as well and downright rude.

4-If I could give this place negative stars I would. I stayed here for a few months and knew I had to get out.
The staff there is so unprofessional and rude its ridiculous. Kathy will be nice one day and rude the next.

5-secretary transferred me to a very angry, obnoxious, rude " lady named kathy (?) whom was nothing
but very aggressive towards me, heard nothing i had to say.
