  • OUTSTANDING! We had our pool built this past summer while we were traveling cross country. I was a little apprehensive about being away during construction. My main contact Lynde Sharp and I communicated almost daily. She kept me up to date and dealt with any hiccups along the way without hesitation! I got progress pics and communication was absolutely fantastic! We arrived the day the pool was filling the last 6 inches. EVERYTHING was perfect! During startup I noticed one very small thing (The umbrella mount) was on the opposite side. Within a day she had a crew there installing the mount on the correct side. Also, Monte the project manager was outstanding! Even with a broken ankle! Since I was on the road I had to make remote payments. We set up a great plan for that worked out great! Again, outstanding work and customer support all along the way from our salesman Roy, Lynde, Monte, Chris and everyone else. Thank You!
