  • I wish I could give zero stars. The owners/management of this facility are the reason for my review. My 6 year old child's basketball team was looking to go here for the end of season celebration. There was a Groupon deal being offered for this location that all the parents purchased for our event. Prior to the celebration we called a couple weeks in advance to reserve the party room. We were told since we have the Groupon we can not rent their room. After discussion with the parents we decided we will go ahead and pay the full price to rent the room and after using what comes with the room (laser tag and putt putt) we would stay and use our groupons. We went down to the location and tried to rent the room. The manager told us the room can not be booked due to we have groupons. After a long explanation advising we are willing to pay for the room, the told us the room is full already. After leaving the parents again discussed our options and potentially having the party at a later time so that the room is available. We called the facility and the male owner got on the phone and was extremely rude and said the room is available but he will now charge us more than is listed on the website to use the room and also will not honor our groupons at all. We have now chosen to not do business with this facility and hope no one else does. They are not family oriented and not caring for children and are strictly about money and trying to rip people off. Steer clear of this old run down building and it's ruthless rude owners!!
