  • Cute curtained booths, warm towels, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Ordered the following: Karaage, Korokke, Beef Negimaki, Chicken Katsu Curry and Shrimp Tempura Sushi Roll Loved: Beef Negimaki, Shrimp Tempura Sushi Roll Liked: Chicken Katsu Curry Pass: Karaage, Korokke Total came to $48 + tip. The price was a little high in ratio to satisfaction. The Karaage were tiny pieces and tasted way overseasoned. The Korokke was a little disappointing since the picture looked like 4 whole pieces, but when it arrived, it was actually 2 whole pieces cut into halves, so 4 halves...price seems high for 2 whole pieces, 4 would be more pleasing, even 3 more acceptable, but 2!? The Chicken Katsu Curry was plentiful and yummy and the shrimp tempura sushi roll was exactly as expected. The winner of the evening was the Beef Negimaki - I could eat this dish alone, just give me a bowl of rice to go with it and I'd be a happy camper. Great place to go for Japanese food if you are in the Henderson area.
