  • Terrible customer service, employees walking around not asking guests if the need help with anything and then you ask for help and it's if you're a bother. Excuse me for coming into a large home improvement store and not know exactly where everything may be. Lowe's didn't get a dime from me today. Hiring people who enjoy helping others not avoid them.
