  • Ok, I went to the Summerlin location, but whatever. I love eating breakfast. Its not unusual for me to go to Denny's at 8pm and order breakfast. And I'm very picky with my breakfast, particularly my eggs. I ordered the Veggie Benny, which is their vegetarian version of eggs benedict. It has avocados, grilled tomatoes, fresh spinach, two poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce. I don't even know how to express how much I love this place. It came with a side of buttery hash browns--and by buttery, I don't mean greasy, I mean deliciously rich. The Veggie Benny was amazing. Seriously. It was the perfect blend of fresh eggs, creamy Hollandaise sauce, freshness from the spinach and avocado, and just a hint of sweetness from the tomatoes. My boyfriend got something to eat too, and he loved it. I don't remember what he got, probably because I was too busy trying to stuff my face full of amazing-ness. (I think he got waffles or pancakes?) The service was ok. But the taste-gasm I had made up for the so-so service. Overall, I LOVED this place. I wish they were open at night.
