  • Avoid this location. Very dishonest people. They will lie to you just to upsell a product/service. I went in looking to send documents to new York. I ask for price options the guy spends literally 20 minutes typing my address and the destination address and finally says $50. I ask for other options he quotes $100+. I tell him I checked online and FedEx ground was 20 dollars and guaranteed in two days. He says oh yeah there's that but it will take five days. Wtf? He was literally adamant that it would take five days and the manager comes and she says the same thing. I pull out my phone to show her that it says guaranteed two days and she says "oh yeah you're right but maybe it'll be 2-3 days because of customs." That's great but that's not five days?? They were lying to me just to upsell me on the $50 option. Never met such dishonest people.
