  • I am a realtor and they have made my life, my seller's life and the selling agent's life a nightmare over the last two weeks. We had a buyer putting down 30% and they needed additional documentation the week before closing. Needless to say, we did not meet the closing date..........nor will they commit to any specific date, just a "maybe". How can you do this to people when they have moving trucks ordered, other homes waiting to close, etc........they are a nightmare to deal with! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!
