  • I recently was having problems with my garage door wireless keypad and remotes no longer communicating with my opener, and after exhausting all possible causes for the issue and feeling confident that I had done everything I could to fix it, I finally threw in the proverbial towel and searched my reliable friend aka yelp to find a place that wouldn't rake me over the coals for what I already knew would be an apparent time consuming and over the top expensive fix. This was one instance however where I was more than happy to be proven wrong, as Tip Top Garage Doors not only was able to come out within an hour but they were able to rectify the issue at a solid value that was less expensive than some of their key major competitors. The prompt response and the solid value would have been meaningless however, if it was paired with a commitment to excellence by Tom and his team as they clearly demonstrated five star excellence from start to finished, characterized by A+ customer service, clear non-condescending communication of the issue and the solution needed, a friendly demeanor from start to finish, and a level of expertise that resulted in delivering a focused and efficient solution to what was not an easy problem. Tom went above and beyond to keep me informed of what he was doing every step of the way, and he exuded a passion and genuine enjoyment for his work that is hard to find in today's day and age. Tom came across as having a servant's heart as he was not at all about just trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, and I appreciate the fact that he was genuine, authentic and held a level of integrity that made me comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Tip Top for all of your garage related needs and don't forget to ask for Tom...tell him Stephen sent ya! Welcome to the Five Star Club guys!
