  • Pros: fast delicious fresh I got the medium ocean super bowl with pitaya which comes with strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, granola, and honey. This is one of my go to bowls but because I love coming to bowlology will definetly be trying out the rest of the menu. cons: customer service parking I went here before I had started work and I brought in my own cup and asked for ice. The female cashier didn't seem very happy that I had asked for ice but I kinda just brushed it off. So when she gave me my cup back after filling it up it felt very very light so I opened it up and she gave me 6 pieces of ice. Yes 6 pieces to fill a venti size cup I was super confused about it. If there is policy about charging customers for ice I would have paid for no problem. Also a smile on their faces wouldn't hurt and maybe a hi or hello when people enter. I mean they are working with customers face to face. I wont stop coming back here I just hope things change when it comes to customers. I mean the reviews that I see is pros about the food but cons about bad customer service.
