  • What a great experience! With all the thanks going to Clif. I went in with my parents to look at an advertised certified ES 350. They had the best price in the area and the car was available with the exact details as reported. We were greeted by Clif Johnson and he made all the difference. He was super courteous, patient and attentive. My parents weren't used to this so it was an excellent start to a great deal. The entire process of the negotiation, credit check and closing numbers were done in the most direct way possible. My parents bought the car without reservation and really appreciated Clif's insight about the car and it's operation. He explained everything they needed to know and then some. A week later, they are truly happy about their purchase and also made sure I write this review to thank Clif for his great service!
