  • Worst Dunkin Donuts is the valley! I REALLY hate to have to write a negative review. Example one: "Do you have Apple Pay?".....the response....."Uh, what is that?".....they do have it, by the way. They screwed up my drink 5 times!....and it wasn't a special order!!!! I ordered a Medium iced Cold Brew with cream and French vanilla. It's on the menu!....5 TIMES!! The drive thru line takes 40 minutes if it's busy. The employees clearly hate their jobs and the parking is a nightmare if there is a line at the drive thru. I always go to the one in Tempe near my office and that one is AWESOME! Poor management at the store and it's crystal clear. I hope they improve because it's 2 minutes from my house.
