  • Front desk staff is incompetent. There were 2 patients including myself in the office and neither of us were seen (waited in the lobby) for over an hour b/c the front desk lady kept chatting away with her friends. Ridiculously long wait. Which was totally avoidable. If you're really sick and need to be seen asap go to the hospital urgent care. They are professionals over there.
