  • Extremely lazy and unprofessional dealership. Walked in to look at buying a new truck with a trade in on my 2015 GMC Yukon. Very bland selection of trucks, but the salesman promised there were other trucks at another location and that there was an aftermarket parts "guy" who could add all the things I was looking for. I was introduced to the manager and the arrogance preceded him. I still left the kid my phone number and told him I'd be back in over the weekend to run numbers. The weekend rolled around and still never received the call like I was promised. I call the kid and he said "the guy" wasn't in and he'd be in on Monday. Again, promised another call which I never received. Just walking around the dealership and seeing all the salesmen standing around talking gave me the impression they really could care less about selling anything. Regardless, took my business to Henry Brown and ended up with the perfect truck that already had already been built with all the nice aftermarket parts, which don't void factory warrant and the part kits are under warranty for 3 years by Henry Brown. $61k truck out the door for $50k. Great sales people and manager!
