| - Don't go if you value the safety of your children. Yes, they make you sign a waiver, however, they also stated they would provide supervision in the areas at all times to ensure participants are not engaging in rough play and bullying of the younger children. The "teenage" helpers were off in a corner chit chatting while extreme rough-housing was happening in one section where some older adults slammed into the younger children thinking it was funny to knock into them and topple them over. They could have been seriously hurt!! Luckily, that was not the case. When brought to the staff attention, who seemed to really care less, they said they would review the footage. It took 45 minutes for the "manager" to come out and simply say "you signed a waiver, sorry, we are not responsible". We paid quite a bit of money to host a birthday party here and that's all you can say? Well, sorry, you can be sure we won't be back. As others have stated, their attitude towards the customer is very poor. They don't seem to really care. Sad.
