Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Switched to them from CVS due to insurance reasons and went the day after visiting the doctor to pick up my new rx figuring it would be processed by then. The guy behind the counter had no record of it or of me. Apparently I didn't have a profile with them and thus it appeared they were unable to fill my prescription or have any sort of record of it. What? Never have I ever been to a pharmacy where you need to go in and create a profile with them before they accept a new prescription. CVS was super easy and nice and just confirmed my address and got my insurance info when I went to pick up my prescription for the first time. This guy just told me sorry, he didn't have anything for me. No offer to search their system more for the prescription, no offer to ask another employee about it, no offer to call my doctor to try and figure it out, nothing. I had to ask him what I should do and if I needed to call my doctor. He said yeah, and then very thoughtfully offered me a business card so I'd have the pharmacy's address and phone number. Really? No thank you. Will be switching to another pharmacy and never returning to a Walgreens again.
